2 years since the release of ‘Scream 2’, Coldharbour boss Markus Schulz dropped some exciting news regarding his forthcoming artist album ‘Watch the world’, which will be his 6th artist album under his own name since 2005’s ‘Without you near’, 2007’s ‘Progression, 2010’s ‘Do you dream?’, 2012’s ‘Scream’ and 2014’s ‘Scream 2’.
‘Watch the world’ is set for worldwide release on the 29th of April through a joint venture between Blackhole recordings & Markus’s own Coldharbour recordings. The cryptic title of the album, which is believed to be a reference to the album’s underlying theme was further reflected by the unveiling of some enigmatically styled cover art. Observers were quick to point out that it was Schulz’s first album not to feature Markus himself on the cover.
Very little information has been released thus far regarding the tracklist of the album. However, Markus did reveal that the album will include previously unheard vocal tracks with singers Delacey & Lady V, as well as his hit single ‘Destiny’ and his collaboration with Soundland ‘Facedown’.
And what comes with the release of a new album? A new world tour of course! Dates and venues of a series of ‘Watch the world’ tour parties were announced, with the tour kicking off with 2 back to back open-to-close parties on the 8th & 9th of April at Ministry of Sound in London and Hall of Fame in Switzerland.
